This includes every step that a customer goes through to proceed through to checkout. An ideal checkout flow will have a smooth, frictionless user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The typical checkout process for a customer is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Shopping cart &gt; billing info &gt; shipping info &gt; shipping method &gt; preview order &gt; payment &gt; confirmation.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Physical goods will require shipping details and methods to be input while Digital products won\u2019t require shipping information or shipping method, as they will be downloaded or accessible after purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>THE PROBLEMS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The checkout process is long and repetitive making it a bad experience for users, some of these problems include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em>Making account creation compulsory.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Too Lengthy or Complicated Checkout Process.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Not Accepting customer\u2019s preferred Payment Method.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Lack of Brand trust.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Accepting Majorly Credit\/Debit Card thereby making shoppers without Card unable to checkout.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>THE SOLUTIONS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for ways to enhance the e-commerce checkout processes by addressing the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em>Reducing the number of checkout steps,<\/em><\/li><li><em>Reducing the number of form fields,<\/em><\/li><li><em>Ensuring checkout is mobile-friendly,<\/em><\/li><li><em>Avoiding the request for Card Info,<\/em><\/li><li><em>Ensuring a modern design and<\/em><\/li><li><em>Make the one-click checkout process possible.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5><strong>GOAL<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Achieving these solutions through Kuda<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"477\" src=\"https:\/\/babatunderaji.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-1024x477.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-318\" srcset=\"https:\/\/babatunderaji.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-1024x477.png 1024w, https:\/\/babatunderaji.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-300x140.png 300w, https:\/\/babatunderaji.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-768x358.png 768w, https:\/\/babatunderaji.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image.png 1050w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>Source: Kuda.com<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Kuda is a Nigerian free digital-only bank that was founded in 2017. By checking out with Kuda, the shopper would be able to checkout with a click.
